EU Declaration of Conformity
The EU Declaration of Conformity for the HelioSecure HSE-01 model will be made available on this page once the conformity assessment process under Module B (EU Type-Examination) has been successfully completed. Until that time, this information is published for transparency and regulatory oversight purposes, in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 on market surveillance.
CE Marking
The CE marking will be affixed to the product only when:
- 1. The EU Type-Examination (Module B) has been successfully carried out by a Notified Body authorized for “eye protection equipment”.
- 2. The EU Declaration of Conformity has been issued by the manufacturer (Helio Secure, S.L.).
Any prior reference to CE marking is for information purposes only and does not constitute an attestation of conformity.
Limitation of Liability
Helio Secure, S.L. declares that:
- It accepts no liability for damages, injuries or losses resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification of the product.
- Until certification is fully finalized, the product is not authorized for commercial distribution within the European Union.
- The information provided herein is limited to pre-conformity transparency obligations under applicable EU law.

Accessing this webpage (via QR code or direct link) does not involve any personal-data processing.
